About Us
Puget Rental Owner's Association (PROA) was formed over thirty five years ago by investors who saw the great need for legislative representation. Our founders were partly responsible for wording incorporated into today's landlord tenant law. Those founding members attended numerous demonstrations in Olympia to stand up for our rights. Educating landlords is our number one priority.
We strive to increase our knowledge of our community and the rental industry through meetings, publications and educational seminars.
We uphold the Washington State Tenant law and encourage all owners and tenants to be familiar with their rights.
We pledge ourselves to practice sound, ethical business procedures, and to provide equal opportunity for clean, affordable housing.
We seek to maintain a close relationship with local and state municipalities in order to stay current on affairs that affect our investments and future.
The Puget Rental Owners Association has served thousands of local rental owners and managers for the past three decades. We are proud to work together for the betterment of this beautiful community.
